About Us
About Our Organization
The Community Re-Entry Program (C-REP) collaborates with families and communities to support youth with behavioral health challenges. Utilizing an evidence-based approach, C-REP addresses behavioral concerns while helping families develop essential daily living skills that promote independence, resilience, and meaningful relationships.
Our dedicated team of qualified mental health providers offers counseling, crisis intervention, life skills training, and parenting education to help stabilize behavior, support family reunification, and reduce the need for out-of-home placements. Services are personalized to meet individual needs and are delivered to homes, schools, and community settings, empowering youth to lead healthier, more independent lives.
Our Mission
Grounded in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), an evidence-based approach proven to help at-risk youth, C-Rep focuses on the whole picture: strengthening families, engaging schools, and building healthier communities. By working directly in homes and neighborhoods, the agency provides intensive services that go beyond treatment, empowering families, fostering resilience, and opening doors to opportunity.
What started as a vision to help a single community has grown into a mission to transform lives, restore hope, and inspire futures.

Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
A community- and home-based, family-centered treatment model designed to address antisocial or delinquent behavior in youth. The primary focus is on empowering caregivers (typically parents) to effectively manage current challenges and prevent future issues.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) views the “client” not as the youth alone, but as the broader environment surrounding them including family, peers, school, and neighborhood. This comprehensive approach is grounded in the ecological model, which recognizes that a youth’s behavior is influenced by multiple interconnected systems. MST incorporates structured clinical supervision and rigorous quality assurance to ensure effective, evidence-based outcomes.
